Colonic Hydrotherapy

What Is Colonic Hydrotherapy?

Colonic hydrotherapy (also called colonic irrigation) is a gentle cleanse of the large intestine using warm, filtered water. It helps to clear out built-up waste, trapped gas, and toxins, supporting your digestive system and overall wellbeing.

Why Do People Come For Colonics?

Many of our clients come to us feeling sluggish, bloated, or simply "off." Colonic hydrotherapy can help with:

  • Bloating or constipation

  • Feeling tired or heavy

  • Skin breakouts

  • IBS symptoms

  • A slow or sensitive gut

  • Pre- or post-detox support

Some just want a fresh start!

What to expect…

The treatment is carried out by a trained therapist in a calm, private room. A small tube gently introduces warm water into the colon, helping your body release what it doesn’t need. It’s an open system - just like a toilet.

Sessions last around 45 minutes, and we take things at your pace.

For your first session we will carry out a consultation to find out more about your symptoms and goals.

What Our Clients Have To Say

“Chelsea put me at ease as soon as I arrived. She was very informative and explained everything which settled me. I was very anxious when arrived and felt a bit embarrassed but Chelsea made the whole process easier , from all the information she gave me, to the little personal touches, leaving me on my own for a while which did help, also hot water bottle and a cup of peppermint tea. I will definitely be returning.
